Lynne Gelfuso

EEG Lead Technologist

Lynne is a highly experienced EEG Technologist with over 20 years in the neurodiagnostic field. She is a Registered EEG Technologist through Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation and offers extensive expertise in performing, reviewing, and interpreting EEG studies, with a strong ability to identify clinically significant findings that support accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Throughout her career, Lynne has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including intensive care units, pediatric and neonatal units, epilepsy monitoring units, outpatient neurological clinics, and long-term monitoring facilities. This wide range of experience enables her to offer knowledgeable, calm, and precise care to patients of all ages and with various clinical complexities.

Lynne approaches every patient interaction with compassion, patience, and purpose, believing that each experience is an opportunity to improve the care she provides. She is deeply committed to helping patients feel supported and understood, and to working closely with Dr. Gupta to ensure they receive clear answers and thoughtful care. Outside of work, Lynne values her faith, family, friends, and being part of a close, supportive work family.


Deva Valentim

Medical Assistant

With over 10 years of healthcare experience, Deva Valentim offers a strong clinical background and a deeply patient-focused approach to her role. She holds an Associate Degree in Health & Life Sciences, earned Magna Cum Laude, and is a Certified Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with CPR/AED certification for infants, children, and adults.

Deva’s work is driven by a sense of purpose and a strong dedication to patient care. She is passionate about collaborating with providers who listen, educate, and treat each patient as an individual. Deva strives to ensure patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends, including her two beloved French Bulldogs, Cali and Benjamin.


Nancy Vasiliauskas

Medical Secretary

Nancy brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With a strong background in both neurology and gastroenterology, she keeps daily operations running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels welcome and supported.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, Nancy specializes in patient intake, insurance verification, and prior authorizations. She’s known for her friendly professionalism, efficiency, and ability to keep even the busiest days running seamlessly. Outside of work, Nancy loves teaching her kids fun crafts, playing games, and enjoying cozy family movie nights.


Raysa Marte

Practice Manager

Raysa Marte is a passionate and results-oriented Practice Manager with over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration. Holding a master’s degree in business administration, she offers broad expertise in physician practice operations, patient access, budgeting, and staff management, along with a demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that boost efficiency and improve the patient experience.

What Raysa values most is her direct interaction with patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping create a welcoming, compassionate environment. She is passionate about working alongside a dedicated, collaborative team committed to treating every patient with empathy and respect. When she is not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find her dancing, reading, and spending quality time with her family.


Lawrence Reid

EEG Technologist

Certified in Neurodiagnostic Technology, Lawrence has a solid background in EEG testing and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. A graduate of Laboure College, he approaches each study with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy while emphasizing patient comfort and trust during the diagnostic process.

He prioritizes accuracy, comfort, and clear communication to ensure a positive diagnostic experience. A lifelong sports fan, he enjoys basketball and staying active.


Joshua McLean

EEG Technician

With over 15 years of experience in EEG research and experimental therapies, and more than five years in clinical medical EEGs, Joshua offers a deep analytical perspective to neurodiagnostic testing. He earned a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology, providing a multidisciplinary foundation that supports both his technical skills and patient-focused approach.

Joshua has a strong ability to recognize meaningful patterns within complex EEG data, combining scientific rigor with curiosity and precision. His background bridges research and clinical practice, enabling him to support high-quality diagnostics while adopting a careful, systematic approach to patient care.

You’ll often find him in a local coffee shop,reading, and exploring photography.
